Getting started is as simple as 3 easy steps:
 
First and foremost, any and all clients must read the terms and conditions that relate to the service they would like before placing their order. If you're already familiar with these then you can move on to step two. If not, please take the time to read them over now, as they will act as the contract for your order and are legally binding.
Email me a design brief with clear notes on your goals for the project and its design (please put the name you used to pay or your order number in the subject line). I will reply if I need more information. If not I'll just get started and send your first proof when it's ready.
You can also call me directly at 409.225.4332 between 9 AM and 6 PM Central or schedule a free one-hour Zoom consultation if you feel that would be easier. I can answer any questions you might have about the process before getting started. Feel free to do so before placing your order (this step is completely optional).
 
A Note Regarding Art:

As we offer design concepts and custom art for characters, creatures, scenery, and architectural landmarks you'll have to order the art for your character, monster, item, and location cards separately. Otherwise, you're free to provide your own art or we can utilize specially sourced stock imagery as you see in the example game system (be aware these are limited).

Then we'll handle the design and aesthetics of each type of card in your system in the design studio. The exception to this rule is the game box and game board items, which are graphic-heavy, so I'll design them all at once including any necessary scenery or game-related art.

A Note Regarding Numbered Sets:

The card and icon set numbers are in place according to pricing, so if you need 20 icons then four of your RPG Items will be icon sets, and so on. Same with all different types of cards. Playmats and deck-builders may be exact replicas or they can be made unique in a number of ways (color coding, style treatment, etc). If they are unique then they will be designed in sets of 5 as well, so if you need 10 unique deck-builders then you'll have two Playmat items on your order and so on.

A Note Regarding Logos:

If you need a logo for your game you must include that as one of the RPG Items on your list for the order. You may not order a game box or game board and expect that a logo design be included. Part of the game design bundle is branding, so if you need a logo it will count as one of the items on your order. This is the main reason why I've provided so many options for this particular service.

THE PROOFING PROCESS

Before your deliverables are finalized and sent over, you will receive a series of three digital proofs through email. You MUST review these proofs thoroughly and approve them before you will receive your final deliverables. This ensures that all graphics and information present are correct and helps to avoid unnecessary reprints.

DELIVERABLES

Once your final proof has been approved I will send your deliverables through email. If you approve your proof and the deliverables have spelling mistakes or design issues, any and all resulting adjustments will be charged accordingly.
