Getting started is as simple as 3 easy steps:
 
First and foremost, any and all clients must read the terms and conditions that relate to the service they would like before placing their order. If you're already familiar with these then you can move on to step two. If not, please take the time to read them over now, as they will act as the contract for your order and are legally binding.
Email me a design brief with clear notes on your goals for the project and its design (please put the name you used to pay or your order number in the subject line). I will reply if I need more information. If not I'll just get started and send your first proof when it's ready.
You can also call me directly at 409.225.4332 between 9 AM and 6 PM Central or schedule a free one-hour Zoom consultation if you feel that would be easier. I can answer any questions you might have about the process before getting started. Feel free to do so before placing your order (this step is completely optional).

A note about the Game Graphics process here at Micah Frugia Design...
 
In order to provide high-quality and professional game graphics to our clients at an affordable rate, and to ensure that we're utilizing the latest and most efficient tools and methods at our disposal, we've chosen to utilize Midjourney for our Game Graphics services. This does not mean you will receive the final art with obvious AI errors. While concepts are meant to be rough drafts, we will utilize photo editing software and quality control to ensure your final art will be polished, professional, and print-ready. You can see notes about concepts vs final art at the bottom of the Game Services page if you need more clarity on which service is appropriate for you at this time.

THE PROOFING PROCESS

Before your deliverables are finalized and sent over, you will receive a series of three digital proofs through email. You MUST review these proofs thoroughly and approve them before you will receive your final deliverables. This ensures that all graphics and information present are correct and helps to avoid unnecessary reprints.

DELIVERABLES

This item includes payment for the design/editing/prompt-crafting time and a copy of the finalized digital art file. Once purchased you may reproduce the digital file as you wish for both personal and commercial use. You may also integrate the finalized art into a game design system if you have one in the works in the design studio. However; the art or character concept itself is not for resale, and I retain the copyright to the image for use in promotional materials and/or product examples. I'll send your deliverables through email (likely using a secure WeTransfer link) once the final proof has been approved.
