Getting started is as simple as 3 easy steps:
 
First and foremost, any and all clients must read the terms and conditions that relate to the service they would like before placing their order. If you're already familiar with these then you can move on to step two. If not, please take the time to read them over now, as they will act as the contract for your order and are legally binding.
After checkout, forward your confirmation email to micah.frugia.design@gmail.com along with your print files, if they aren't already in our system. Please include your desired delivery address in your email, so we know where to send your fliers/handouts once production is complete.
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof through email. You MUST review this proof thoroughly and approve it before your cards can be sent to production. This ensures that all graphics and information present on your card is correct and helps to avoid unnecessary reprints.
 
Price includes production and processing to account for file prep and proofing before sending files to the production house. This ensures maximum image quality and proper spacing in the final product.

Once production and a quality control check are complete, your fliers/handouts will be shipped directly to you. If you approve your proof and the fliers/handouts have spelling mistakes or design issues, any and all resulting reprints will be completed at the cost of the client.
