CUSTOM WEB ICON SETS

Get design time and 3 rounds of proofing and adjustments on a set of on-brand and cohesive web icons for your new or existing website. Web Icons are available in sets across a small handful of sizes.
 
Getting started is as simple as 3 easy steps:
 
First and foremost, any and all clients must read the terms and conditions that relate to the service they would like before placing their order. If you're already familiar with these then you can move on to step two. If not, please take the time to read them over now. Not only do they explain the process and what is expected of you as the client, but they will also act as the contract for your order and are legally binding.
Email me a design brief with clear notes on your goals for your icon set and their design (please put the name you used to pay or your order number in the subject line). I will reply if I need more information. If not I'll just get started and send your first proof when it's ready.
You can also call me directly at 409.225.4332 between 9 AM and 6 PM Central or schedule a free one-hour Zoom consultation if you feel that would be easier. I can answer any questions you might have about the process before getting started. Feel free to do so before placing your order (this step is completely optional).
 
SELECTING WEB ICON QUANTITY

You can select the number of web icons that you need from the drop-down on this page. There is a secondary "Quantity" field just below that. If you need to order the same amount of web icons for more than one website or business then each set will require its own set of proofs and adjustments. So utilize this secondary quantity field to indicate how many total unique sets you'll need to have designed in total.

A Note Regarding Logos & Branding:

As a designer who is well-versed in both print and web media, I'll happily and effectively expand your existing branding and visual language to fit your needs as your icon set(s) take shape. However, if you still need to establish a brand system for your company or project, that will not be included in the icon set design offer. You may not order a set of icons and expect to use one or more of them as a logo (and you wouldn't want to because icons are often strategically simplified, stylized, and do not include a  wordmark or tagline).
 
In the event that your company or project is just starting out and you still need to develop a brand identity, we offer several branding services on the Design & Brand Services page, including a Full Logo System, Brand System Design, Brand Image Strategizing, and Brand Brainstorm Sessions!
 
The Brand System Design service even allows you to order small groups of brand system items for a total of up to 10 items, which is often more than enough branding to set a strong foundation for both print and web design.
 
THE PROOFING PROCESS

Before your deliverables are finalized and sent over, you will receive a series of three digital proofs through email. You MUST review these proofs thoroughly and approve them before you will receive your final deliverables. This ensures that all graphics and information present are correct and helps to avoid unnecessary reprints.

YOUR DELIVERABLES

Once your final proof has been approved I will send your deliverables through email. If you approve your proof and the deliverables have design mistakes or issues, any and all resulting adjustments will be charged accordingly.
