The invite can be either physical or digital, meaning it can take the form of a single or double-sided postcard mailer or a social media post for your Instagram or Facebook that contains between one and two graphics or "slides." Getting started is as simple as 3 easy steps:
 
First and foremost, any and all clients must read the terms and conditions that relate to the service they would like before placing their order. If you're already familiar with these then you can move on to step two. If not, please take the time to read them over now, as they will act as the contract for your order and are legally binding.
Email me a design brief with clear notes on your goals for the project and its design (please put the name you used to pay or your order number in the subject line). I will reply if I need more information. If not I'll just get started and send your first proof when it's ready.
You can also call me directly at 409.225.4332 between 9 AM and 6 PM Central or schedule a free one-hour Zoom consultation if you feel that would be easier. I can answer any questions you might have about the process before getting started. Feel free to do so before placing your order (this step is completely optional).
 
THE PROOFING PROCESS
 
Before your deliverables are finalized and sent over, you will receive a series of three digital proofs through email. You MUST review these proofs thoroughly and approve them before you will receive your final deliverables. This ensures that all graphics and information present are correct and helps to avoid unnecessary reprints.
 
DELIVERABLES

Once your final proof has been approved I will send your deliverables through email (likely through a secure WeTransfer link). Deliverables will take the form of PDFs so that you can scale them to any size without issue, or websafe PNGs so you can post directly to your social media. In the event that you'll be printing your invite to send in the mail or use as a handout, I will provide one file that shows the final version and another that is marked "Print-Ready." The print-ready file will already be prepressed so you can easily go to whatever production house you'd like for your printing needs without having file issues or delaying your prints.
 
PRINT BUNDLE
 
I'm still working on pricing out and arranging with my vendor so I can add a print bundle for this item similar to the one that I offer for business cards.
 
DISCLAIMER
 
If you approve your proof and the card has spelling mistakes or design issues, any and all resulting reprints will be done at the cost of the client.
